Ms. McCarthy has over 35 years of experience in human resources, serving global information technology companies in various capacities, ranging from talent acquisition, talent development, organisation design, learning and development, employee engagement and change management. Immediately prior to joining Kneat in 2021, Ms. McCarthy led an extensive in-country HR team spanning 50 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ms. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Economics from University College Cork, a post-graduate diploma in Computer Systems Analysis from University of Galway, and a Master in Business Administration from University of Limerick.
